How can I offer my object on Traveller-Home?
You let an accomodation and want to present it on the internet? You are right on www.traveller-home.com. 
Before starting registration you sould be registered as existing offerer.  With that registration you apply an not-binding and gratis host-account for offering and administrate one or more objects. You can delete that host account at any time.
Attention! Deleting the host account means deleting of already applied insertions!

Which runtime can I choose?
You can choose between three runtimes - 1 year, 2 or 5 years. The runtime will be fixed during the apply of the insertion. Attention: If runtime is fixed once you can´t change it anymore!

Traveller-Home system is programmed for being accessable for all hosts via internet. Because nobody knows your object better than you do you will present it more significant than we could.

Can I always edit my data and my texts of the insertion?
There´s always the possibility for you for editing your data and your texts of insertion.  Just login with your host login (user name and password) in category "Offer". You get access to your listed objects and afterwards you can edit and administrate your data and texts. Please save your changed information at the end. New data are immediately online after storage!

How can I edit my personal data?
Personal data are basement for invoice. Should there be a need of changement of personal data during runtime of your insertion, you can always edit these data on your own.  Just login with your host login (user name and password) in category "Offer". You find the range  "User login" at the reght site of the screen. Please activate the range "change user data" per mouse-click. The corresponding form will be presented automatically. Please save your changes at the end!

How can I add pictures?
You find a tab "object pictures" in your object description form. Here you got the possibility to add up to 4 pictures for free. Please consider that your pictures are jpg-pictures and are less than 600 KB per picture.  You reach the best way of demonstration by using width-to-height ratio of 4:3 (ideal: 240x180 px). Futhermore you can assign a title for every picture in the ranges "picture title" under the pictures. This picture title appears while mouse pointer of  a guest touches the picture. All loaded pictures can be administrated and changed by other pictures on your own.

How can I update season data and terms of occupation of my object?
It´s the same main principle to feed season data and terms of occupation. You find 4 tabs in your object description and per mouse click on "Main season" and " occupation status" you activate the calendar for the present and follwing year. The selection/deselection of days/terms works per mouse click. For select/deselect several data simultaneously, click on the starting date and press SHIFT, then click on finish date while pressing SHIFT. Selected days/terms are highlighted orange. Please save your data afterwards.

I can´t find a specific town, region, skiing area, lake or cycle track in the repertory - could they be added?
In this particular case, please contact Traveller-Home. We will proof this infomation and will complete the data for having the optimal preselection for your object. Therefor it is very important that you declare the suitable classification: country, region/canton ...erfür ist es wichtig, dass Sie uns die gewünschte Ergänzung mit der Zuordnung Land und Bundesland/ Kanton nennen.

Can I publish a direct link to my own existing home page in this insertion?

It´s possible to enter a link to your own existing home page in your insertion. Guests will be guided directly form your Traveller-Home insertion to your home page. This function is for free!

How can I list several objects on Traveller-Home?
It´s possible to apply several objects in the user range.
1. If the single apartments are not located in one building (postal address is not identic), please choose box "New object" and register all objects individually like a single apartment.
2. If there are several objects located in one building, please choose category "apartment building".  All single apartments will be listed as sub-item categories to the main object. To apply more sub-item categories than one, which is applied automatically, please click on symbol "COPY" of the existing single apartment. In general, this category provides the opportunity to describe area, geographical position, main season as well as up to 4 images of every object in detail.

When and how will I receive the invoice of registration?
After object registration, please go back to your object list! Here you can find a list of all objects and the appropriate status of every object and in addition the possible entire amount of open entries. Below this index you find the button "Cash desk"! Austrian hosts can enter a UID-Tax-Number on the spot for receiving a reduced invoice! After activation of the button "Cash desk", you´ll get your entire amount of open entries at one glance. If you are in possession of a discount code you can enter here! For payment you can decide between payment per credit card or per invoice/bank transfer. Invoice will be automatically received per Email to your noted Email-address.

How works the payment system?
If you pay by credit card, all users got immediately access to your insertion without restrictions.

1. payment per credit card 
       - most plainest way of payment worldwide
       - payment via safe payment system Saferpay
       - Access via secured SSL-Coding
       - Your object will be listed online on the spot after successful registration.
       - You receive your invoice after payment automatically per E-mail.

Objects paid by invoice payment are online not until getting payment receipt.

2. payment per invoice/bank transfer
        - You´ll receive your invoice per E-Mail shortly after activation of the button "pay now".
        - !! IMPORTANT !! Please note your invoice numer and date in the purpose-range of your money transfer form
          Both is necessary for assignment!
        - Term allowed for payment: payment within 14 days from date of invoice

Object will be online available directly after payment receipt.

 Please notice, that unpaid objects will be deleted after 30 days.

What means discount code?
Sometimes Traveller-Home issues limited discount codes for major costumers within the scope of sales campaign. With this code hosts get a special percentage concession for new registered objects. Discounts will be automatically calculated to required runtime. Please go to "Cash desk" after registration of all objects. There you find a specific range for entering the discount code. Invoice will be generated in consideration of this discount. Within public sales campaigns discount code is initialised automtically.

When will the insertion be online available?
As soon as payment receipt, your insertion will be online available. While using payment per credit card payment will be done online, what means that your insertion will be online listed on the spot. While using payment per invoice/bank transfer
your object will be online available after payment receipt within 2 or 3 days. More information payment system.

Whereof depends the position of my object insertion within the list of results?
Traveller-Home user profits by several possibilities of searching for an accomodation. While using Fast Search, results will be listed differentiated by prices - object with lowest price appears first. Insertions without any quotation of prices will be listed et the end. While using ADVANCED SEARCH, user can choose out certain search criterias. Sorting can result from price, category, object name, area/town and number of beds. Insertions without images will also be listed at the end of all search results.

How do I receive a booking inquiery?
Possible guests will contact you per E-Mail, by phone fax or they use the link to your homepage. The link inquiery guides all guests to a preset inquiery form which will be sent to your personal E-Mail account.

Does Traveller-Home receive a booking commision?
Traveller-Home doesnt´t receive a booking commission. Hosts simply pay a nonrecurring amount for the runtime.

What´s do be done at the end of runtime and are there respites of cancellation?
It exists no period of notice. Insertion will be expired automatically at the end of chosen runtime, if you wont extend insertion before. Traveller-Home will inform you about the expiry date early enough by E-Mail so that you are able to extend your insertion independently.

What should I do if I forgot my access codes?
Please simply enter your E-Mail address in the range "Host-Login", exacting "Password left" top right on Traveller-Home´s welcome page. We send your acces codes by E-Mail immediate.

How do I search a suitable accomodation?
You have several possibilkities to search for an accomodation on Traveller-Home.

1. Keyword-Search
The propriate input-box ist to be found directly on Traveller-Home´s welcome page. You can enter search criteria like town, tourist region, cycle tracks, skiing areas, object names. After confirmation of your entry database will be scanned for that item. Guests will get presented a list of search results of several categorys in which noted term was found. Behind the category the number of applicable accomodations is shown in brackets. Top priority have towns incl. their postal zipcode, which can be clickt on directly to arrive at the list of search results or guests can search in a radius around the noted town. For that radius search please choose  a radius in kilometres and afterwards click on the Traveller-Home logo for starting to search. Below the towns there are further categories to be found in which the search items appear. After click on the category, guest arrives directly at the list search results.

2. CountryTraveller
If guest knows definetely what country and what region should be presented, but is doubtful about the town - the CountryTraveller solves the problem! After chosing the requested country a list of several regions will be presented. The numbers in brackets behind the region shows how many objects could be found. After click on the region, guest arrives directly at the list with search results.


3. Detail Search
Detail search will be presented as soon as a choice  per CountryTraveller or per Keyword-Search has been made
. Afterwards there´s the possibility to restrict the search more detailed by determination of the region, choose out an object category as well as by fixing a vacation period and price limits.

4. Advanced Search
There is a certain search form for all users of the advanced search available. Special requirements to the accomodation can be entered into this search form. After execution of advanced search a appropriated list of search results will be presented.

How can I book an accomodation?
All accomodations listed on 
Traveller-Home are to be booked directly by host. Guests can get in contact with the host per inquiery form to be found in the top left-hand corner of the insertion. Other possibilities to contact the hosts, e.g. phone, fax, mobile are to be found top right near the images.

What can I do if the host wont´t answer my inquiery?
Sometimes it takes a few days to receive an answer of a host. But if you get no response after an appropriate waiting time, try to contact the host in other ways. Other possibilities to contact the hosts, e.g. phone, fax, mobile are to be found top right near the images.

How can I search for an specific object ID?
If you are sure about which object you are looking for and you also have the corresponding object ID at your fingertips, just enter this ID into the range "Quick Finder". Afterwards press "GO" and you will be guided to the detailed object information automatically.

What means banner advertisement?
E-advertising in general and banner advertisement in particular is THE growth market and replaces accepted instruments of classic advertising. With banner ads you can point to your service and/or your product. Interessted users can be guide to your web page by direct-link to get more detailed information. You can point out a certain sales campaign for instance or you simply want to increase your name recognition with banner ads. Traveller-Home prefers banner topics like travel, leisure, sports and more. Sexist, racist banner or banner with political background will be deleted without reimbursement of costs.

How can I place a banner ad on Traveller-Home?
To place a banner advertisement on Traveller-Home, choose category Service and afterwards click on button banner. You will find the occupation schedule for banner advertisement on Traveller-Home, in which you can enter your requested period and choose a country. After passing the 15th of th present month, the booking of this month is impossible. Banner ads are limited of 3 banner per month and country (rotating system).

After selection of requested position you can upload your favorite banner and enlist the according link. It´s important for accounting that you fill in all personal data. If you are already registered on Traveller-Home your data will be taken over from the host account automatically. Afterwards click on button "Send". You will be guided to the invoice form to pay for the banner ad.

Your banner will be published for exactely one month in requested category of www.Traveller-Home.com. Charge for insertion: 96,- EUR extra VAT
